Ability to Hide Inactive Holdings from Portfolios

Users should be able to selectively hide holdings from the investment holdings table so that they can look at only active investments. This could be done by either clicking the particular holdings that should be hidden individually, or by a filter that hides all holdings with a Fair Market Value of 0. However, the holdings would just be hidden from view, but would still factor into portfolio calculations.
