Add Holding Enhancement

Clicking the Add Holding button within a portfolio should give the user the option to add a holding to Universe that does not already exist.
I believe the only way to do this currently is via the Add New button on the Discover page, which may not be intuitive to people trying to build their portfolios within the platform for the first time.
