Option to "Hide" holdings that are exited or ceased operations

Add a button, either within each portfolio or as a general group setting, that allows users to hide any holdings from the investment holdings table that have FMVs of $0. The holdings would still be factored into the portfolio summary calculations, but would be hidden from view. Alternatively, allow users to manually hide individual holdings from the Investment Holdings table.
