There should be a new Update type that acts as a Deal Room

This would send an email to the founder, would need to involve some communication letting the investor know what to expect, and of course to draft the email the founder will receive. I think the feature itself might live on Add Company --> Company Info (probably via an optional text field) This is important as it enables a way for investors to create adding users/network effect without having to reach out to us.

Allow for resends and email corrections as well as others

Similar to how the portfolio summary statistics contain a portfolio level IRR, it would be great if the investment holdings table included a holding-by-holding IRR in a column similar to how MOIC is displayed by holding currently.

IE a means of quick selecting multiple updates to tag them

Enable more dynamic emails to support individual file sharing.

Addition of user/group notifications when maturity dates of transactions (convertible notes, debt/credit, warrants, etc.) are coming due in the near term. Ideally two separate categories for any time you are within 90 days of one of these maturity dates "Maturing Soon" or past the maturity date "Post Maturity".
